Fri. February 18: Elliott Smith joined Jon Brion to sing "Waterloo Sunset" and "Coming Up Roses" at Brion's Friday night showcase at Largo in West Hollywood. The highlight was Brion's performance of "Happiness" on piano as Smith watched from the audience.

Other performers included Neil Finn, Mitchell Froom, and Benmont Tench. Clearly too much talent in one room!
